Stories Among The Stones, With Tom McGehee

Walter and Bessie Bellingrath rest among some 100,000 permanent residents of Mobile’s historic Magnolia Cemetery, and the colonnade marking their graves is the largest monument to be found there. Join us for a fascinating look at the cemetery’s history and funerary art, led by Tom McGehee, Director of the Bellingrath Museum Home, a member of the cemetery’s Board of Directors, and a prominent local historian and author. The event is a fundraiser for the Bellingrath Gardens and Home Foundation.
