Young Workers are being injured at an increasingly high number as they are entering work for the first time. This alliance will educate the youth before they enter the workplace and give educators more information on safety in the workplace. This will help bring all of the resources of the alliance focusing on eliminating safety and health hazards that youth are exposed to such as "electrical, bloodborne pathogens, falls, chemical exposures, musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), in several industries such as fast food restaurants, agricultural, business, cosmetology."
