Virginia Street Road Closure (Again)

Beginning tomorrow July 25, 2003, Virginia Street between Houston Street and Michigan Avenue will be closed for ongoing drainage improvements.  It will be reopened the following Friday, August 1, 2003, at approximately 6:00 P.M.  This section of Virginia will be accessible to local traffic only.
