Vice Mayor of Heze, China visits Mobile

Luqing Xia the Vice Mayor of Heze, China visited Mobile during the inaguration ceremonies of Mayor Jones. He actually went to the inaguration ceremonies and the reception at the Mobile Convention Center. He visited to start a Sister City relationship between Mobile and Heze, China.
