2011 U.S.A. Weightlifting American Open Championships

- The Athletes that qualify here will be eligible for a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team.
- Strength and conditioning Coaches from the area to include The University of Alabama’s Strength and Conditioning Coaches will hold seminars.

The Firebreather Challenge

From the creators of the wildly popular “Garage Games” (as seen on ESPN2) series comes the latest challenge – the Firebreather. The Firebreather Challenge is an event like no other.

The event will be an indoor obstacle course at the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL on December 2-4, 2011. This even promises to challenge your physical abilities and be an event you will remember for years to come. The arena will be converted into a giant obstacle course that not only be challenging, but FUN!

Imagine carrying odd shaped, heavy objects through a course scattered with obstacles to test your balance and your agility. Mix in some C2 rowing machines and running and you’ve got The Firebreather Challenge!
