Tuba Christmas Moved to Government Street Presbyterian Church

Mobile, Ala. --Due to weather reports, Tuba Christmas is relocating to Government Street Presbyterian Church. Mobile is one of 200 cities around the world who participate in this unusual Christmas tradition. Originally established by tuba virtuoso Harvey Phillips, he began Tuba Christmas to honor his teacher, the late William J. Bell, who was born on Christmas Day in 1902.
