Toys for Tots to Join Mayor Jones at Regional Community Meeting

U.S. Marines participating in the Toys for Tots program will be in attendance for Mayor Sam Jones’s regional community meeting, Simply About Mobile, at Shaw High School on Monday, December 11, 2006 at 6:30 p.m. This is the final of four regional community meetings, and is for citizens in District 7.

Councilwoman Gina Gregory, who represents District 7, will be combining her normal December community meeting with this one. She normally holds the Toys for Tots rally at her December meeting. U.S. Marines officials have said that that they were short on the number of toys donated from previous years.
