Towers of Faith Mobile's African-American Churches

On April 3, from 1-4 in the afternoon, the African-American Churches of Mobile will celebrate the release of a new poster honoring the role of all the African-American churches in the history of our City. The churches will open their doors to all visitors and offer light refreshments. The posters will be available for free to those who tour the structures. This is an opportunity for Mobilians to see and learn about the churches of our City. Pictured on the posters are: Sweet Pilgrim Baptist Church; State Street AME Zion Church; Big Zion AME Zion Church; Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church; St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church; Bethel AME Church; Metropolitan AME Church; and Stone Street Baptist Church.
