Three Community Meetings Set for Thursday

Three members of the Mobile City Council will hold separate Community Meetings on Thursday, November 29, 2007. Here’s a breakdown:

• Councilman John Williams will hold a District Four, Beats 18 & 19 Community Meeting at B.C. Rain High School (3125 Dauphin Island Parkway), starting at 7 p.m. Beats 18 & 19 are bordered by I-10 on the north, Dog River on the south and west, and Dauphin Island Parkway on the east.

• Councilman Fred Richardson will hold a District One, Beat 40 Community Meeting at Forest Hill Elementary School (4510 Moffett Road), starting at 7 p.m. Beat 40 is roughly bordered by the city limit on the north, Moffett Road on the south, I-65 on the east and University Blvd on the west.

• Councilwoman Connie Hudson will hold a District Six (entire district) Community Meeting at Christ United Methodist Church (6101 Grelot Road), starting at 7 p.m.
