SPRINGHILL AVE LANE CLOSURES

Little Stickney Drainage Project

Beginning tomorrow,Wednesday, September 10, 2003, both eastbound lanes of Springhill Ave.between Gilbert St.and Louiselle Street(in the vicinity of the Mobile Infirmary Hospital) will be closed until Sunday, September 14, 2003. This is part of the drainage project that will be continuing for approximately twelve weeks.

Beginning Monday, September 15, 2003, the westbound lanes will be closed between Gilbert St.and Louiselle Street for approximately eight weeks.

TRAFFIC WILL BE REDUCED TO ONE LANE IN EACH DIRECTION DURING THIS PROCESS. Although preparations have been made to assist with the constricted traffic flows, delays can be expected and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
