Saint Ignatius Archives and Museum

Apr 25th, 2005

SAINT IGNATIUS ARCHIVES AND MUSEUM will present Chapel Art in the changing exhibit gallery beginning Friday, May 13, 2005 through Friday, June 10, 2005.

Twenty watercolors have been selected from the Seventh grade art class for display in the exhibit,
Chapel Art. The watercolors were chosen on the basis of style and content. The exhibit shows the Chapel of St. Ignatius Church through the eyes of the students and was the brainchild of Art teacher, Monica Kalifeh Washichek. The twenty different interpretations range from the very traditional to the abstract. The many, many hours that were dedicated to this project definitely show in the student's work.

Exhibit hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. OR by appointment. Admission is $2.00. Call 251-342-9716 or Pstarkey10@aol.com for more information.
