Rules Committee Meeting

There will be a Rules Committee Meeting on Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at 2:00 p.m.
9th Floor conference room. A major topic will be planning jurisdiction.
According to the Attorney General's opinion, Mobile planning jurisdiction
can be scaled back. It could coincide with boundaries of the police
jurisdiction or it could pull back all the way to city limits, the state
says.
