Public Services Committee Meeting Dec. 30

The Public Services Committee will meet on Monday, December 30th, in the Council Conference Room, starting at 12 noon.

The single issue before the committee is whether or not to recommend amending Chapter 64‑Zoning-Mobile City Code, TO ADDRESS CHANGES IN INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR DRIVE-THRU MENU BOARDS.

Attorney Jim Rossler is requested to update the committee on the current code covering the issue before us and compare that with what is recommended.

The Planning Department is requested to tell us what they found on this issue and provide us with their recommendation.

Businesses that have drive-thrus and the public are invited to attend.
