Part of Spring Hill Avenue Goes Two-way

A one-block stretch of Spring Hill Avenue that was one-way now flows in both directions. The block runs between Broad and St. Anthony Streets. About 16,000 cars travel on this stretch everyday.

In the past, motorists traveling westbound on Spring Hill had to turn onto Broad and cut back on St. Anthony. This is the first step toward converting St. Louis Street into a two-way street.
