Notice of Mobile Downtown Redevelopment Authority Meeting

There will be a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Mobile Downtown Redevelopment Authority on Wednesday, July 12, beginning at 3:30 PM, in the 9th floor conference room, south tower of Mobile Government Plaza, Mobile, Alabama.

The purposes of the meeting are to provide the members of the Board with information concerning the purposes and powers of the Authority, to present information concerning potential projects for financing through bonds issued by the Authority, and to consider an initial resolution concerning financing for Lafayette Plaza, L.L.C.
