NO NEW CITY COMMITTEE COMMUNITY MEETING

The members of the "No New City Committee" will hold a community meeting Monday, February 17, 2003 at 6;30 in the John Archer Center, 1070 Schillinger Road. (directions; Ziegler toward the Fairgrounds, turn right on Schillinger) The committee will provide maps of the proposed new city. Residents will be able to find out if they are IN OR OUT of the designated area-which will tell them if they are able to vote. If you have seen the map, you know it's hard to tell who is IN OR OUT-because of the split of neighborhoods, streets and areas. There are many "in parcels" and many "out parcels". Members of the "The No New City Committee" will be able to answer for you why incorporating is not in the best interests of West Mobile, the City of Mobile, the county and the entire region.
