Councilman Fred Richardson and City Clerk Glenda Gorgan stand with newly elected President of the National League of Cities (NLC), Cynthia McCollum (center), Councilwoman from Madison, Alabama. Cynthia was elected in New Orleans, LA during the November 13-17 annual conference. Richardson and Morgan represented the City of Mobile.
