MOBILE, Ala. - MTI INTRODUCES CUSTOMER SERVICE CURRICULUM.  Mobile Technical Institute is pleased to introduce its new Customer Service Specialist certificate program.  In today’s customer-focused economy, customer service skills are vital for success at every level in all fields.

MTI’s three-month Customer Service Specialist curriculum is geared toward individuals from all backgrounds, including employees of customer-focused organizations, skilled individuals seeking to enhance advancement opportunities, and those seeking initial employability.
