MOBILE, AL - Mobile Technical Institute's Success Seminar Series presents Customer Service: Problem Solving, a "Brush up at Breakfast" seminar on Friday, December 12 from 8 - 10 a.m. at the MTI campus. Customer service is the most important component of virtually every job. Learn to recognize and properly handle common customer service challenges such as dealing with difficult or irate customers, communicating positively with customers, and more. The workshop will be taught by Mary White, M.A., Ph.D. (ABD), a local professional with over 15 years of experience in training, management, and marketing. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. Seminar cost is $40.00. A light breakfast will be provided.
