Mobile Welcomes African Delegation Learning About Transparent Government

A group of representatives from several African nations hosted by the International Services Council of Alabama paid a visit to City Hall today. The purpose for their visit was to study Principles of Transparency in U.S. Government.After meeting with Chief of Staff Al Stokes and Council Vice-President Fred Richardson, the delegation joined the City of Mobile’s executive staff at a CitiSmart briefing. They learned about how the city utilizes CitiSmart to ensure accountability and effective efficiency in our municipal government.
