MOBILE, AL - MOBILE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE OPENS IN WEST MOBILE. Mobile Technical Institute, Mobile's newest and most unique source for career training, is ready to begin offering classes in its newly designed and constructed 8,344 square foot campus in West Mobile. MTI is a Mobile-born and managed postsecondary career college that is committed to meeting our market's growing need for short-term training directly focused on skills related to employability in the local market.

"At MTI, we are committed to playing a vital role in increasing the skill-level and employability of individuals in the Mobile area, by focusing our training programs completely on the needs of local employers and local workers," explained Director of Education Steve White. He continued, "Our mission is workforce development. As local owners with over 40 years of experience in career-oriented education, we are uniquely positioned to play a major role in helping to attract new business and industry to the Mobile area. We have both the experience and flexibility to develop and adapt training programs to fill the needs of employers and the needs of members of Mobile's workforce."

Mobile Technical Institute is licensed by the State of Alabama Office of Postsecondary Education, and currently offers Administrative Support Specialist and Computer Technical Support diploma programs.
