MOBILE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE ANNOUNCES HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

MOBILE, AL – MOBILE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE ANNOUNCES HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM.  Mobile Technical Institute is offering $500.00 scholarships to students from each public and private high school in Mobile and Baldwin counties.  Up to three scholarships per school will be awarded based on guidance counselor recommendations regarding students' motivation, interest, and potential for success in a career program. 

MTI's career programs provide students with the balance of hands-on skills and soft skills necessary for success in today's business world.  MTI's current career programs include Administrative Support Specialist and Computer Technical Support.

Students at MTI receive training that focuses on both the technical skills required to perform job functions and the people skills required to function on the job.  Coursework for all programs includes practical employability training.  MTI will work closely with its graduates to assist them in securing gainful employment in their fields of study.
