Mobile Gets a Visitor from Khaborovsk, Russia

Mobile had the pleasure of having a visitor from Russia for the week of January 20-27. Tamara Orlova, a retired school teacher from Khaborovsk,Russia was welcomed by Mayor Jones and the City Council. The City of Mobile made Orlova a honorary citizen. Orlova was Jay Higginbotham's guide when he traveled through Russia. He even wrote a book and named it after his adventures with Orlova.
