Mobile Ad Hoc Citizens' Industrial Zoning Advisory Committee Public Hearing

The Mobile Ad Hoc Citizens' Industrial Zoning Advisory Committee will conduct a public hearing to receive public comments on the issue of whether the City of Mobile Zoning ordinance and the Chart of Permitted Uses should be amended to limit the construction or development of above-ground oil or petroleum tanks in particular areas. This hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, at 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on the fourth floor of the International Trade Center at 250 N. Water Street, Mobile. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. The public may view maps of the affected area and other information beginning at 5:00 p.m.
