MEMORANDUM ON MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE POSITION

The Mobile City Council is soliciting resumes for subject position through Friday, November 14, 2008, closing at 2:00 p.m.

All resumes should be submitted to the attention of the Mobile City Clerk, P. O. Box 1827, Mobile, AL 36633-1827; or hand-deliver to the City Clerk’s Office at Government Plaza, 205 Government Street, 9th Floor, South Tower.

Applicants must be a member of and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar Association. The primary function of the person selected will be to preside over the Metro Jail Docket three (3) days per week.
