Mobile, Ala.-- Mayor Sandy Stimpson is proud to appoint Jamie Ison and James Fowler to the Mobile Airport Authority.

Ison is currently a realtor for LLB&B Real Estate, Inc. and was previously a state representative for Alabama House District 101. "Jamie's dedication through the decades will be an asset as Mobile takes flight into a new age of aerospace," said Mayor Stimpson. "Her leadership will be tremendous as we continue to create an active, accessible airport with multiple destinations and low fares."

Fowler is the Assistant Vice President of Cooper/T. Smith Corporation. Prior to returning to his home state of Alabama, Mr. Fowler served as Operations Manager for Crescent Towing in New Orleans, Louisiana, one of the nation's largest ship-assist tug service providers. "James will be a valuable member of the team, and I am confident he will play a key role as we establish Mobile as a hub for aviation," said Stimpson. "The sky is not the limit for Mobile!"
