Mayor Stimpson appoints Elliot B. Maisel to Mobile Airport Authority

Mobile, Ala.- Mayor Sandy Stimpson is proud to appoint Elliot B. Maisel to the Mobile Airport Authority. Maisel serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of his family's wholesale beverage distribution company, Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC.

"Elliot will be a valuable member of the team, and I am confident he will play a key role as we establish Mobile as a hub for aviation," said Stimpson. "His dedication through the decades will be an asset as Mobile takes flight into a new age of aerospace."

Maisel was awarded the 2015 Artistic Innovation Arty by the Mobile Arts Council for his vision in creating TenSixtyFive. He is a longstanding member of several Mobile area civic organizations, including the Senior Bowl Committee, 100 Black Men of Greater Mobile, and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors.
