Mayor Jones Welcomes Ride 2 Recovery to Mobile

200 cyclists biking from New Orleans to Tallahassee, Florida stopped in Mobile on a mission to support our country’s wounded veterans. The Ride 2 Recovery Gulf Coast Challenge was on day 3 of their 7-day, 450 mile ride across the Gulf Coast to benefit mental and physical rehabilitation programs.

Mayor Jones was presented a jersey signed by participants, and City Councilmembers took part in a ceremony to show support and appreciation for the riders.
