Mayor Jones Urges Citizens to Stay Connected

Mobile Mayor Sam Jones will issue a message this evening using the City of Mobile’s Connect-CTY alert notification system to urge citizens to register their cell phones and email addresses in the event of a hurricane. Utilizing the Connect-CTY system, the city can contact citizens who may have evacuated to help them stay connected with events and conditions at home.

To register a home phone number, cell phone number, and email address, citizens of the City of Mobile can log onto www.cityofmobile.org, or call Mobile 311.
