Mayor Joins VFW in Honoring Slain Officer

Mayor Sam Jones, along with Police Chief T. Micheal Williams and Chief Deputy Lester Hargrove, joins the VFW in presenting a commendation to slain Officer Steven Green's widow Valerie McQueen Green and his mother, Erica Hyter. The commendation is in honor of the slain officer, who was fatally stabbed to death by a prisoner outside of the Mobile County Metro Jail.
