Mayor Dow's Last City Council Meeting

Mayor Dow, Thomas Sullivan and John Peavy shared their last City Council meeting on September 27. All council members and Mayor Dow made their last comments and thanks to the administration and city employees for all of their hard work. Sam Jones, newly elected Mayor, will start on the job October 3 after the inaguration.
