Major Intersection Getting a Facelift with the Installation of New Pedestrian Crosswalks

The intersection of Old Shell Road at McGregor Avenue, the heart of the business center in the Spring Hill community, will close at various locations on different dates and times to allow city officials to install pedestrian crosswalks. (All phases of the project could change due to weather conditions.)As one of the city’s busiest commercial hubs, city officials stress that all businesses near the intersection will remain open throughout the project phases, which are designed to improve conditions for pedestrian traffic.
