It's Easy to be Ungreasy, the cooking grease recycling program of Keep Mobile Beautiful and the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System, is expanding. Empty grease recycling containers can be picked up and and full ones can be dropped off at:

Since the program’s inception, more than 8,000 people have picked up recycling containers resulting in over 1,700 gallons of grease being collected. The grease is recycled into animal feed, industrial lubricants and bio-diesel fuel. This is a big step in the right direction in the effort to protect the environment and the public sanitary sewer system.
