IT Quality

The City of Mobile will participate in IT Quality 2003. This is the first national benchmarking of IT Quality in the American Public Sector. A similar survey has been conducted in Europe since 2001. The survey includes some initial profiling questions, followed by a number of questions dealing with various aspects of IT quality. There is also an opportunity for users to add comments, should some answers need further clarification. The goal is to document how users perceive the level of day-to-day IT Quality-which will enable our Municipal Information Systems Department to better serve the employees and citizens of Mobile.
