Information Sessions and Workshop Planned for Adult Learners

MOBILE, Ala. - Spring Hill College's Division of Lifelong Learning and Graduate programs will hold information sessions Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 1, at 10 a.m. for students interested in continuing their education. Both sessions will be held in the Gautrelet Room on the College campus and are designed to provide prospective students with an overview of the various certificate, associate, bachelor and master degree programs the College offers.

For students who plan to enroll in the near future or who want further details on transitioning back to the, Spring Hill College will offer a workshop on back to school basics Saturday, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. at the West Regional Branch of the Public Library. The workshop will feature tips on time management, financial aid options and alternative sources of college credit.

Both the information sessions and workshop are free and open to the public.

Spring Hill offers certificates in gerontology, information systems, post baccalaureate premedical studies, and theological studies. The College offers associate degrees in business, information systems, and education. Adult students can earn a bachelor's degree in general studies, management, psychology, theology, and organizational leadership (accelerated program). Students who have already earned an undergraduate degree can earn a master's degree in business administration, education, liberal arts, and theological studies.
