Incorporation Hearing

Monday, February 10, 2003 Probate Judge John Davis will hold an Evidentiary Hearing on the petition to incorporate West Mobile. The hearing will be in the old courthouse at 8:30 am. The Judge will be asked to decide if the petition meets legal requirements to go forward to hold the election set for Feb. 25, 2003.

The hearing is open to the public.
