Environmental Court Shelton T. Richardson Justice Award



The resourceful achievements and accomplishments of the most Honorable Fredrick D. Richardson, Jr. for the benefit of Council District One are acknowledged by this presentation of the Environment Court Justice Award as the founder of the unique and novel concept of bringing local government to the service of the people in their own neighborhoods and in recognition of beginning the permanent movement for citizens to improve and maintain their local environment through the use of laws, liberty, equality and due process with the cooperation of all departments and resources of the City of Mobile, and



Honor and tribute are bestowed to Council Vice President Fredrick D. Richardson, Jr. for his diligence in performance as their champion of progressive leadership for District 1, and



Appreciation and admiration for Council Vice President Fredrick D. Richardson, Jr. are given for the inspiration he has provided and given to so many people, and



Forever let it be know that the Environmental Court decrees in recognition the superior wisdom of the most distinguished Mayor Shelton T. Richardson of Randall, OH for whom this award is named in honor of his attendance of the First Environmental Court in the District and who did so proudly share encouragement in justice and equality for all.
