First Day on the Job

The new Mayor of Mobile, Sam Jones, and two new council members, William Carroll and Gina Gregory, had their first day on the job after the inaguration on October 3, 2005.
The celebration continued that night at the mobile Convention Center. Sam Jones and the City Council members were all inagurated and sworn in by several judges from Mobile. The huge crowd cheered on the Mayor Jones after he was sworn in.
