Fireworks Show Rescheduled

The Independence Day fireworks show at Battleship Memorial Park that was called off because of rain has been rescheduled for 9 p.m. Saturday, July 7. The 25-minute show, sponsored by the Press-Register and the City of Mobile, is free.

Limited parking will be available in Battleship Park for $2 per vehicle. Alcohol is not allowed in the park. Parking will not be allowed on the Mobile side of the Causeway.

Those wishing to view the fireworks from their boats are reminded that they must keep at least 100 feet away from the USS Alabama.
