Councilman Richardson Presents Proclamation to Apartment Complex Developers

"The enclosed photo was made at council meting yesterday; L to R, Elisa Toth and Debbie Hunter of The Village at Midtown apartment complex. Debbie is Community Manager for the complex, located at 320 Stanton Road. The Village at Midtown consist of 16.7 acres with 324 units and 15 apartment buildings. This beautiful complex is gated and it offers a 24-hour Fitness center with Cardio Theater, Indoor Sport Center, his/her Steam Sauna, Yoga Lounge, Pool with fountains, 5-hole Putting Green, Movie Media Center, two bay Car Care Centers, Valet Trash Service, and a Gazebo with grill. Because there is nothing offered east of I-65 that can rival these amenities, I was pleased on Tuesday to proclaim January 31, 2013 as Ms. Debbie Hunter & The Village of Springhill Day, in Mobile, Al. There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the official opening of this housing complex on Thursday, February 9th, at 10:00AM.
