Councilman Richardson Attends Ribbon Cutting at New Clinic

"The three photos were snapped at the grand opening of Hands of Hope Health Care, a medical facility near Trinity Gardens, that will target those least among us. It is headed by Nurse Practitioner Cynthia Washington.  She and I are in one of the photos. The other photo has in it Dr. Washington's staff and leading citizens from around the city. This new facility is located off East I-65 Service Road N."
