Council Appoints Lambert to City Clerk

Lisa Carroll Lambert was unanimously approved by the Mobile City Council to serve as the City Clerk. Mrs. Lambert most recently served as Assistant City Clerk under Glenda Morgan, who retired earlier this year.

"Lisa is a great person and we are so lucky to have her as our Clerk," said Council President Reggie Copeland, whose sentiments were echoed by each council member and members of Mayor Jones's staff.

Mrs. Lambert was sworn in by Circuit Judge Rick Stout at the beginning of the council meeting.
