City's GIS Department Honored

The City of Mobile's Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Department was recently honored at the Environmental Systems Research Institute's (ESRI) User Conference in San Diego for their ability to efficiently and effectively provide GIS-related services. ESRI also lauded Mobile GIS’s work after Hurricane Katrina and the integration of GIS in Mobile 311.
