City of Mobile to Host Third Annual Industry Day

Mobile, Ala. -- The City of Mobile is hosting its Third Annual Industry Day on Thursday, October 12, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm in the Mobile Civic Center.

Come discover what's in the pipeline for future projects such as the TIGER Grant Project and new programs such as the Micro-Economic Loan Program for Small Businesses.

City staff and consultants will present on various contracting opportunities for the 2018 Capital Improvement Plan and will preview the plan district by district. Potential contractors can also learn how to get involved in the City’s procurement process including online vendor registration and vendor self service information.

This will also be an opportunity to meet with City staff from Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Procurement, Planning and Development, Revenue Department and Build Mobile.
