City of Mobile Offers Down Payment Assistance Program

The City of Mobile is offering a Down Payment Assistance program for first time home buyers providing up to $10,000 to assist with the purchase of a home within the City Limits of Mobile. Qualified applicants must have the ability to obtain a mortgage through a bank or lending institution, be able to invest at least $500, meet income requirements, and be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
