City of Mobile now livestreaming City Council meetings

For the first time in City history, the City of Mobile is now livestreaming the Mobile City Council's regular meetings every Tuesday in an effort to create more transparency at City Hall. Viewers can access the livestream at http://cityofmobile.org/livestream/. The recordings will later be archived on the City of Mobile YouTube page.

"I promised this would be the most transparent administration starting Day One with taking my office door off its hinges," said Mayor Stimpson. "We are utilizing technology to provide our citizens more access to city government. For the thousands of citizens who are working or taking care of their family every Tuesday, this tool is for them to have an inside look at City Hall."
