The Mobile City Council meets at its regular time tomorrow, Tuesday, September 21, 2004. Pre-conference is at 9:00 a.m.; an official canvassing of the special election vote is scheduled for 10:15 a.m.; and newly elected district 7 councilman John Peavy will be sworn in to office at 10:30 a.m.

The 2005 City of Mobile Budget is on the agenda.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 23rd, Council members will begin reviewing the performance contracts in this year's 2005 Budget. The review will be in the Council's 9th floor conference room at Government Plaza.

The Council will take a break from performance contracts review for a Public Hearing on the Budget - Thursday, September 23, 2004 at Noon in the Auditorium at Government Plaza. The review for Performance Contracts will continue Friday, September 24th at 8:00 a.m. (these are on the same time schedule as originally planned).
