City of Mobile announces new hours of operation for Mobile 311

The City of Mobile has modified the schedule for Mobile 311 calls for 2015. The new hours of operation will be open 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday.

After normal hours of operation, requests can still be submitted through the City of Mobile website. All emergency calls should be reported to 911.

The new hours of operation will save the City of Mobile $75,000 annually without cutting any essential services. On average, less than 20 calls are made weekly between the hours of 7 pm to 7 am.
