City, Mobile Works Hold Maritime/Aerospace Industry Job Fair

Mobile Works Inc. is sponsoring a Maritime / Aerospace Industries Job Fair in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office of the City of Mobile, Mobile County and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. With unemployment rates hovering at around 3%, the Maritime / Aerospace Job Fair is critical to meet the needs of the maritime and aerospace industries in Mobile and the surrounding area, as local maritime and aerospace companies are having difficulty finding qualified applicants. Finding qualified applicants is critical to growing the maritime and aerospace industries in Mobile, and thus, the Mobile economy.

The Maritime / Aerospace Industries Job Fair will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2006 at the Mobile Civic Center from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Some companies that will be taking applications at the Job Fair include:
