CITY COUNCIL RULES COMMITTEE MEETING

The Mobile City Council's Rules Committee will meet on Thursday, December 19, 2013, 11:00 am in the Council office conference room (Government Plaza, 9th floor South Tower). The purpose of the meeting will be to review proposed Ordinance 11-042 (Declare a temporary moratorium on the issuance of building permits and other land use permits for any construction or development involving oil or petroleum storage tanks on property in designated areas) and Resolution 60-575 (Support amendment of the zoning ordinance to restrict any construction or development involving oil or petroleum storage tanks on property in designated areas). The public is invited to attend.
